Her career, spanning over two decades, has seen her work with various industries from local and national governments to the private sector, water industry, FMCG, and the oil industry.

In 2018, Carol embarked on a new journey establishing her own consultancy firm. Here, she has been able to apply her skills in business analysis, project management, and contract management to build robust frameworks and practices. Her firm also offers services in process reengineering, workshop facilitation, strategic enterprise IT analysis, and training delivery.

Beyond her professional life, Carol is deeply committed to her community.
